In a peaceful location within the desirable mixed rental and residential Countryside community of Tuscan Ridge our villa provides your perfect accommodation. Whether you are exploring the theme parks, or just relaxing in the Florida sun we are delighted to be able to share our luxury home with you and your family.Homes on Tuscan Ridge benefit from oversize lots so you don't feel hemmed in by the villas next door. At over 2,900 sqft our home is spacious and luxuriously appointed, including full air conditioning/heating and private screened heated pool. Floridays is our own holiday home that we visit regularly so it has been provided with everything that we need when we are in residence. That is all the comforts of home, international phone calls, wireless broadband and above all privacy around the pool. Upmarket Tuscan Ridge is close enough to the parks and other major attractions for easy access by car, in fact under 15 minutes to Disney World. Yet far enough away to provide peace and tranquillity when you want to kick back and relax, maybe after a hard day with the mouse. Within a few minutes drive of our home are supermarkets, wide choice of restaurants and championship level golf courses. "Just to let you know we all had a fabulous time. Our Home - Living AreasThe Great Room overlooks the pool and garden and includes comfy sofas, Here you'll find HiFi, TV, DVD/VCR players, a games cupboard and growing book collection to help you relax in the sun.We include FREE international and long distance phone calls, and unlimited use Wireless/wired Broadband Internet connection Away from the Great Room is the Lounge, Breakfast Nook and a formal Dining Area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, loads of other gadgets for all your cooking and dining needs. There is also a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. |
Our Home - BedroomsThe Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and full ensuite facilities, Roman bath, wet shower room, double vanity units/washbasins. A patio door leads directly onto the pool area.2nd Master bedroom has a double bed, TV, ensuite facilities, shower, washbasin, vanity unit, and a door directly to the pool area. 3rd and 4th bedrooms have twin beds, TVs, and share a bathroom with bath, shower, vanity unit, washbasin. All bedrooms have TVs clock/radios, wardrobes, drawer units, ceiling fans, and bedside tables. |

Our Home - OutsideThe all important outside areas. The screened pool area benefits from exposure to day long Florida sunshine. Furnished with comfy pool furniture it is the perfect place to soak up the sun. If things get too hot the covered fan cooled lanai provides a welcome shady retreat to enjoy that cold beer or two, or the ideally place for alfresco eating. In the Florida sun a shady recluse is essential.Prolific planting including a privacy hedge a variety of tropical plants including, Bananas, Birds of Paradise, various Palms, Orange, Lime, Lemon, Grapefruit and Bottlebrush trees. Not only screen the pool from the neighbouring villas but provide a wonderful tropical environment. Get there at the right time and you can pluck fresh fruit straight from the trees. |
