The rental rates shown are for our home for 7 nights
and
are inclusive
of all taxes, normal use of electricity and gas (not pool heat), water,
air-conditioning/heating, linens, towels, Internet connection, phone calls and pre/post stay cleaning.
Odd/extra days charged pro rata the
weekly rate.
Stays of 6 days or less incur an additional cleaning charge
of £50/US$85

Pool Heating (Gas heater) is available if required at £14/US$25 per day, although
heating is normally only needed between October and April.
|
£75/US$125 deposit required per week upon submission of booking form to
secure your dates.
The balance of the rental payment is due 10 weeks before the arrival date.
A refundable security deposit is taken on arrival at the management company by credit
card swipe, cheque, or cash. |

ensure our home is maintained to a high standard will welcome you on arrival
and manage your stay. They provide your local contact point and 24 hour
contact number.

We accept payment by
cheque, cash, bank transfers or credit cards. A surcharge of
2% is made on credit card payments, the bank
charges 4% so we split it with you. The store will also appear add VAT but the total rental
cost will be correct. No money will be taken from your card until we
receive the completed booking
form. |
